Redevelopment Solutions is an online research and consulting firm. We work with neighborhood and community associations, local governments, and others interested in redeveloping or revitalizing inner-city or "first suburban" neighborhoods. We also provide reconnaissance and site selection analyses to small- and medium-sized businesses in search of new geographic markets.
Using the latest research and sophisticated quantitative and qualitative techniques, we consider national and local political, economic, demographic, and environmental realities in crafting our Bulletins, Redevelopment Strategies, and Site Selection reports. We endeavor to make our reports both concise and comprehensible to the general public.
We also endeavor to make our reports available to clients at low cost. Costs are minimized by interacting with clients primarily through the internet. Representatives are available to meet with clients, though at additional charge. We also keep costs down by keeping report formatting and production costs to a minimum. You'll notice that our reports are rather spartan in appearance. It's not that we're unimaginative; we just don't like style getting in the way of substance. We value simplicity, rigor, accuracy, validity, and novelty.
While our Bulletins, Redevelopment Strategies, and Site Selection reports are available for purchase, our one-page Neighborhood Assessments and company papers are available free of charge.
